The Walks


Walks are my tool for clearing my mind. Part of that practice is to focus on the world around me which is inspirational for new ideas. The streets, the parks, the vintage shops & galleries, the people – they are the refreshing air in my daily life. Rather than trying to empty my mind, I focus on the stories around. The now. To participate in this world now.

Each day, I find a bit of time to do my walks. I have busy days and sometimes this means practicing it even for minutes between my meetings, but it gives me so much – to sleep, to love, and to stay balanced.
